Self-Certification to Amend Market Maker Agreement

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) hereby submits to the Commission its amendments to the Nadex Market Maker Agreement to include provisions regarding the addition/deletion of Authorized Traders and responding to requests for information, and redefines what is considered a “Suspension Event”, “Modification Event”, and “Illiquid market”. The amendments will become effective July 17, 2018.
