Notice of Amendments to Rule 12.10 and Rule 12.29, effective February 23, 2005

Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.6 (a) (2) and (3), the HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved amendments to the above-referenced Rules in order to define standardized monthly trading schedules for both Gold Hedgelet Contracts and Silver Hedgelet Contracts.

These Rule amendments were submitted to the Commission on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 and effectiveness will commence at the start of business on Wednesday, February 23, 2005. Click here to view the rule amendments.
