New Contract terms is introduced while a series of Currency Exchange Fixed Payout Contracts and Silver Fixed Payout Contract change their "Spot" Contracts to "Daily" Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the addition of Rule 12.1(e) which now defines the term Daily Contract. Additionally, amendments to Rules 12.4(i), 12.5(i), 12.6(i), 12.7(i), 12.29(i) - which represent the Currency Exchange EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/YEN, USD/CHF Fixed Payout Contracts, and Silver Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts, respectively, offer Contracts with durations formerly known as "Spot" which have now been changed to "Daily" Contract durations.
