Nadex Updates Data Feed for certain products

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (the “Act”), and §40.6(d) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. d/b/a Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (“Nadex” or “CDNA” or the “Exchange”) hereby provides notice that it is revising Exchange Rules 12.24, 12.25, 12.87, 12.88, 12.91, 12.92, 12.94, and 12.96 to reflect the use of an additional underlying data provider, Lukka, Inc., for the UpDown Contracts and Event Contracts set forth in the rules above.
