Nadex Submits Filing to Extend Corn and Soybean Contracts Expiration Time

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(a)(6), and Nadex Rule 2.4(c)(iii), Nadex has submitted a Rule Certification to the Commission with its intent to extend the Expiration time on its Daily and Weekly Corn and Soybean Binary and Variable Payout contracts from 2:15pm ET to 3:00pm ET, in order to maintain consistency with the close of trading in the underlying futures market, the CBOT® Corn and Soybean futures markets. This filing would be effective June 25, 2012.
