Nadex Refrains from Listing Certain Contracts

Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

• No USD/CAD-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:40pm ET expiration times on trade date November 7, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration times on that day; finally, no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that day;

• No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 8, 2022;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 9, 2022;

• No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 10, 2022;

• No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 11, 2022.
