Nadex Refrains from Listing Certain Contracts

Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions: 

• No GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date March 7, 2022; additionally, no EUR/GPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:10pm ET expiration times, and no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:20pm ET expiration times on that day;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date March 8, 2022;

• No USD/CAD, GBP/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date March 9, 2022;

• No GBP/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date March 10, 2022.
