Nadex Refrains from Listing Certain Contracts

Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

• No GBP/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET through 7:00pm ET expiration times on trade date July 4, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET through 6:15pm ET expiration times on that day; finally, no USD/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that day;

• No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 5, 2022;

• No GBP/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 6, 2022;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 7, 2022;

• No EUR/JPY or EUR/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 8, 2022.
