Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET through 6:20pm ET expiration times on trade date June 27, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY, USD/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that day;
No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 28, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 29, 2022;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET or 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date June 30, 2022;
No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 1, 2022.
