Nadex Refrains from Listing Certain Contracts

Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

• No EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date March 28, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET expiration times, and no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:40pm ET expiration times on that trade date;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date March 31, 2022;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 1, 2022; additionally, no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:20pm ET expiration time on that trade date.
