Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY, GBP-USD or USD-CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 13, 2022; additionally, no EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that trade date;
No GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET or 6:25pm ET expiration times on trade date June 14, 2022;
No GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET, 6:10pm ET, or 6:15pm ET expiration times on trade date June 15, 2022;
No EUR-JPY or GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 16, 2022;
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY or GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 17, 2022.
