Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY, or GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 06, 2022;
No EUR-JPY or GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 07, 2022; additionally, no GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:20pm ET expiration time on that trade date;
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY, or GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 08, 2022;
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY, or GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 09, 2022;
No GBP-JPY or GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 10, 2022; additionally no GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:15pm ET expiration time on that trade date.
