Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No GBP-JPY, USD-CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET through 7:00pm ET expiration time on trade date May 30, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary Contracts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration time on that trade date; finally, no EUR/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that trade date.
No GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date May 31, 2022;
No GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET or 6:10pm ET expiration time on trade date June 01,2022; additionally, the EUR-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were not listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that trade date;
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY, GBP-USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 02, 2022; additionally, no GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that trade date;
No EUR-JPY, GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date June 03, 2022; additionally, no GBP-JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:10pm ET through 6:35pm ET expiration time on that trade date.
