Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulations §§40.2 and 40.6, Nadex adds new US SmallCap 2000 Binary and Variable Payout Contracts. These amendments will be effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, February 28, 2011.
