Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex intends to delist its Korea 200 Variable Payout and Binary contracts, set forth in Nadex Rules 12.56 and 12.57, effective for trade date Monday, June 18, 2012.
