Nadex Amends Use of Term “Touch Brackets” to “Touch Bracket Contracts”

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(i), Nadex is providing notice that it is making non-substantive revisions to eight references of the term “Touch Brackets” in the Rulebook, replacing the references with “Touch Bracket Contracts”, in order to use the term consistently as an adjective. These changes will be effective July 8, 2019.
