Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends an error in the strike widths for the US Tech 100 Variable Payout Contracts, as defined in Rule 12.87. These rule amendments are effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, June 21, 2010.
