Nadex Amends Rulebook and Fee Schedule Regarding FIX Connections and Post-Only Orders

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex has submitted notice to the Commission that it plans to amend its Rulebook with respect to Exchange connection by FIX Gateway. Nadex is also changing references to “Post-Only Order” to “Post-Only Quote”, which better describes its function. Finally, Nadex is amending its Fee Schedule relating to the FIX connection fee for approved Market Makers and monthly connection costs.

In accordance with the 10-day review period set forth in Commission Regulation 40.6(b), the amendments to the Market Maker Agreement will be effective July 18, 2016.
