Nadex Amends References to FIX Gateway in Rulebook and Fee Schedule, Amends Notice Period for Settlement Errors

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex has submitted notice to the Commission that it plans to remove references to FIX Gateway connections for Direct Trading Members from its Rulebook, as well as the Fee Schedule. Additionally, Nadex is amending the notice period during which a Member must report a potential error in settlement from 5 days to 24 hours. In accordance with the 10-day review period set forth in Commission Regulation 40.6(b), the submission will be effective September 12, 2016.
