On Monday, October 4, 2010, Nadex will amend its listings for its Currency Exchange Variable Spread Contracts. Beginning October 4, 2010, Nadex will offer Daily, Intraday, and Intraday 2-Hour Variable Spread Contracts in each of the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/YEN, USD/CHF, USD/CAD Currency Pairs, as set forth in Rules 12.2-12.5 and 12.49. These amendments will be effective as of Monday, October 4, 2010.
