Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules 12, Nadex has added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its 1am ET Close Time Intraday EUR/USD, USD/CHF, USD/CAD, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, AUD/USD, USD/JPY Binary Contracts on a discretionary basis for trade date November 7, 2011. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule on November 8, 2011 for these contracts. Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis for its Daily AUD/USD, EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, FTSE 100, Germany 30, US 500, US Tech 100, and Wall St 30 Binary Contracts for trade date November 9, 2011. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on November 10, 2011. Finally, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis for its Daily US 500, US Tech 100, US SmallCap 2000 and Wall St 30 Binary Contracts for trade date November 11, 2011.
