Nadex Adds Strike Levels for the Week of November 7, 2016

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in Chapter 12, Nadex hereby provides notice that due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added strike levels on a discretionary basis in its indices, metals, and currencies throughout the week of November 7, 2016. Nadex also amended the strike width for its 20-Minute Intraday US Indices contracts and its 5-Minute Currency contracts on trade date November 9, 2016.
