Nadex Adds Strike Levels for the Week of January 9, 2017
Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.3, 12.5, 12.11, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex hereby provides notice that due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Intraday 1pm Expiration Gold and Daily Natural Gas Binary contracts on January 9, 2017 and returned to its regular listing schedule for the Gold contracts on January10, 2017. Nadex also listed additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Natural Gas and Copper Binary contracts on January 10, 2017, and returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on January 11, 2017. Finally, Nadex added discretionary strike levels due to volatility in the underlying market on January 12, 2017 in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US SmallCap 2000, Gold, and Copper Binary contracts. Nadex returned to its regular schedule for these contracts on January 13, 2017. The specific added discretionary strike levels are attached in Exhibit A.
