Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates July 7, 8, and 10, 2014
Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.13, 12.15, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Weekly Corn and Soybeans Binary Contracts on July 7, 2014 due to volitility in the underlying markets. Additionally, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100, and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts on July 8, 2014. Finally, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US 500, US Tech 100, US SmallCap 2000, Wall Street 30, and Germany 30 Binary Contracts on July 10, 2014. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on July 11, 2014.
