Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Date February 4, 2013

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.51 and 12.63, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 and Germany 30 Binary Contracts on trade date February 4, 2013. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on February 5, 2013.
