Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Date February 27, 2013

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.37, 12.39, and 12.41, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Weekly EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, and USD/JPY Binary Contracts on trade date February 27, 2013. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on March 4, 2013.
