Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Date April 15, 2013

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, and 12.7, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily and Weekly Gold and Silver Binary Contracts on trade date April 15, 2013. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for its Daily Gold and Silver Binary Contracts on April 16, 2013. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for its Weekly Gold and Silver Binary Contracts on trade date April 22, 2013.
