Nadex Adds 5-Minute Intraday USD/CAD, EUR/JPY, and GBP/JPY Binary Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex has submitted to the Commission its intent to add 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts to its current listing of USD/CAD, EUR/JPY, and GBP/JPY Binary contracts. Five strike levels will be listed for each 5-Minute Intraday Binary Contract Series, and Contracts will expire every 5 minutes beginning at 6:05pm ET on Sunday evening and ending at 4:00pm ET on Friday. The ending values for the Daily and 2-Hour Intraday for these respective product classes will be specified in the contract specifications, in order to avoid duplicate strike levels in contracts having the same expiration time.

Nadex plans to list these new contracts for trade date June 19, 2017.
