Inactive Account Termination Pursuant to Nadex Rule 3.3(f)

Nadex is providing notice to its Members that in accordance with Nadex Rule 3.3(f), any account created prior to October 1, 2010 which has not engaged in any trading activity on or after October 1, 2010, and currently does not carry a positive account balance, will be terminated effective July 1, 2013. Any individual or entity that would like to reapply for membership may do so by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@nadex.com.
