Holiday Schedule for the Memorial Day 2009 Holiday

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Hedgestreet will amend its trading hours and listing schedule for the Memorial Day Holiday, May 24 - 26, 2009. The effective date of the amendments will be May 24, 2009. HedgeStreet will observe the following business hours:

Sunnday, May 24, 2009: The Exchange will be closed and the regular 6:00 pm to 2:05 am ET evening session will not be held.

Monday, May 25, 2009: The Exchange will be closed. The regular day and evening trading session will not be held.

Tuesday, May 26, 2009: The Exchange will observe regular exchange hours. Contract specific trading hours on May 26, 2009 are as follows:

All intraday contracts will be available for trading and will close at their regular times.

All daily contracts will be available for trading at 8:00 am ET and will close at their regular times.

All Weekly Binary contracts offered on this date will have an expiration and settlement date of Friday, May 30, 2009 and will close at their regular times.
