HedgeStreet transfers the hosting of its trading platform from USi to the Chicago Board Options Exchange

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended ("Act"), and §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the "Commission") under the Act, HedgeStreet, Inc. certifies its intent to transfer the hosting of its trading platform from USi to the Chicago Board Options Exchange ("CBOE"), effective at the close of business on Friday, August 18, 2006.

HedgeStreet has also petitioned Appendix 1: Hosting and Services Agreement, made by and between HedgeStreet and CBOE, for confidential treatment pursuant to Commission Regulation §145.9.
