Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended ("Act") and §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") under the Act, HedgeStreet, Inc. certified with the CFTC the designation of a new market maker on HedgeStreet that will make markets beginning on February 11, 2008.
