HedgeStreet Amends Rule 5.13(a) and Incorporates the addition of Rule 9.5(b), effective Monday, June 20, 2005

Amendments to HedgeStreet Rule 5.13(a) (the "Rule") defining penalties for Members who are in violation of said Rule, as well as the addition of new Rule 9.5(b) informing Members that they may be fined as a penalty of violating rules of HedgeStreet, were submitted to the Commission today. These Rule amendments are intended to impose a penalty fee and administrative action schedule if a Member violates Rule 5.13(a). Click here to view the penalty fee structure.
