Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved amendments to the Payout Criteria for all Daily Binary Currency Contracts.
The Rule additions/amendments were made effective at the start of business on Monday, January 29, 2007.
HedgeStreet Rules 12.21-12.24 and 12.39 were amended to include these changes. Click here to view the various rule additions/amendments.
