As of the close of business on Tuesday, January 31, 2006, new contracts in the Federal Funds Rate Binary Contracts will no longer be listed

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended ("Act"), and §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the "Commission") under the Act, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the above-referenced amendments, for effectiveness until further notice.

The Settlement Date for all such Federal Funds Binary contracts (that traded through Monday, January 30, 2006) is today, Tuesday, January 31, 2006.
