Amendments to Various Rules - with respect to the Settlement Value and Reporting Levels for all NAR Housing Price Binary Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved amendments to the Contracts represented by the various rules referenced below. HedgeStreet is increasing the maximum Settlement Value for such Contracts to $100. As a result, HedgeStreet is also amending the reporting levels for these Contracts.
