Amendments to Rules 12.59(h) and 12.69(h) - with respect to the Reporting Levels for Binary Crude Oil and Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved amendments to the reporting levels of certain binary contracts, represented by the rules referenced above.
