Amendment to Rules 12.71(f), 12.72(f), 12.73(f), 12.74(f), 12.75(f), and 12.76(f) - with respect to the Payout Criteria for all Binary NAR Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved certain amendments to the current payout criteria of all Binary NAR Contracts represented by the Rules referenced above.
